New Student Registration

We are excited to welcome your child and your family to our school. To successfully register your child for Kindergarten, First Grade, and/or Second Grade, you will need to bring the requested information below to our front office located on Magazine Road. There will be registration paperwork to fill out upon your arrival. If you are interested in registering your child for PreKindergarten, you will need to contact Giles County Board of Education at 931-363-4558.

    -Child's Birth Certificate: official copy (not mother's copy)
    -Child's Social Security card
    -Parent/Legal Guardian's photo ID
    -Proof of Address
    -Physical and Immunization record
    -Any custody paperwork if needed
    -Any medical information if needed

Please note: All students experiencing homelessness shall be immediately enrolled, even if they are unable to provide enrollment documents listed above. If your family is in a temporary living situation, please contact Penny Monks at pmonks@gcboe.us for assistance with enrollment and available support services.
